    Coaching & Tips

    - Badminton is like playing physical chess! You need need to be able to think quickly and have the ability to place the bird strategically making it harder for your opponent to hit
    - badminton learning comprises of 50% on-court work and 50% off-court work. As much as learning right strokes and technique is important, it is also imperative to do fitness and off court exercises to build endurance, strength and agility
    - just chase the bird! In a game, dont think about winning or losing just focus on chasing the bird and hitting quality strokes. The result will follow!
